Dearest customers (: this is an fyi post,

to those who have dealed with me, I believe you sweets know my character for sales. Whenever I have recieved payment and when payment have been checked, I will definitely send out all your items (:
and another thing is that I will make the effort to bubble-wrap items when it comes to normal postage, and place them in a box when registered postage. So far, I would like to thank everyone for their support, without you guys, there won't be me and my cousin's little business (: thank you so much! No amount of gratitude is able to show my appreciation to my dear customers.

However, so much to my disbelief, just a moment ago I have a customer by the email of hearts_yvetta@yahoo.com.sg who wanted to buy some items from me, but according to my little cousin, Rachelle (sweetified-shop owner), this particular girl had ordered from my cousin before and she was a dead buyer, didn't want to make payment for all the food charms she ordered- which I believe many sellers will agree that dead buyers are the most difficult people in the online market. Thus I decided not to do her business, then she ended up scolding my little cousin, Rachelle for spoiling her deals with me and framed my cousin. That was bad enough, what's more she scolded my cousin vulgarities on msn- Oh please my cousin's only 12 years old, I believe as my cousin's older "sister", I have the right to be protective of her. Thus I once and again rejected the lady's business, however, she threatened to email all the sellers and accused me of being a dead seller. Seriously, I believe my testimonials will prove my credibility. To those who have dealed with me, I believe you know that I'm an honest seller, and to those sellers out there, I believe you should be able to understand how I feel :(
trying my very best to bring nothing but the best for my customers, and in the end being accused of such a bad thing.

This post hopefully will stop the lady from pestering my cousin and me.
And thank you so much for the current support! I will definitely bring you more and better creations, dear customers!
